Rockwell Razors, a subscription-based maker of eco-friendly razors, faced a stressful, fragmented fulfillment operation—running inventory out of the founder’s apartment and using separate warehouses for wholesale and D2C—while lacking reliable order tracking and any economically viable international shipping. The company engaged Shipfusion for fulfillment services to centralize and automate order processing and inventory management.
Shipfusion implemented full-service fulfillment using its in-house technology, inventory management, pick-and-pack, and temperature-controlled, FDA-approved warehouses across the US and Canada (including a 3–5 minute product sweep and integration with Rockwell’s systems). As a result, Rockwell Razors increased sales, opened international shipping, improved cross-channel inventory and order tracking, reduced founder involvement in day-to-day shipping, and gained predictable, scalable fulfillment with on-time shipments thanks to Shipfusion.
