Terex Corporation, a $6 billion global manufacturer, needed to streamline pick, pack and ship operations in five aftermarket locations as it implemented Oracle WMS. Facing multiple carrier-specific systems, disparate hardware and slow manual ship confirmations, Terex selected ShipConsole from Apps Associates as a single, integrated shipping solution.

Apps Associates implemented ShipConsole to integrate carrier connectivity with Terex’s Oracle systems, enable batch ship confirmations and provide a single source of shipping data. As a result Terex now processes 5,000–6,000 shipments per day across five locations (with some sites handling 600–1,200 deliveries), cut end-of-day ship-confirmation times from hours to minutes, and significantly improved shipping-floor efficiency thanks to ShipConsole.
