Caesarstone Integrates Cloud-based ShipConsole with Oracle for a Streamlined Shipping Solution

Caesarstone, a leading manufacturer of premium quartz surfaces, was consolidating its IT onto Oracle and needed a cloud-based shipping solution to eliminate manual, double data entry between UPS shipping stations and its ERP while avoiding extra hardware costs. UPS recommended ShipConsole, and Caesarstone selected the cloud-based ShipConsole SaaS shipping platform for its Oracle-validated integration and multi-carrier capabilities.

ShipConsole was integrated with Caesarstone’s Oracle ERP to provide label printing, multi-carrier online shipping, tracking, proof-of-delivery access and automatic ship confirmations from a single interface. Because ShipConsole is cloud-based with a secure hybrid connection to on-premise Oracle instances, Caesarstone rolled it out from one U.S. site to multiple locations without extra hardware, eliminated duplicate data entry, streamlined shipping workflows, achieved rapid user adoption, and positioned the business for expanded domestic and international eCommerce growth.
