iloveplum, a NYC-based kids apparel brand known for easy-to-wear tutus and accessories, was struggling to scale while running fulfillment in-house — packing orders consumed roughly 5–6 hours a day and limited their growth. To support higher volume and improve customer experience they partnered with ShipBob for order fulfillment, warehouse distribution and ShipBob’s 2‑Day Express Shipping, leveraging ShipBob’s tech integration with Shopify Plus and inventory management tools.
ShipBob moved inventory to its centrally located Dallas fulfillment center, provided multi-location warehousing, inventory forecasting, and enabled a free 2‑Day Express Shipping threshold that encouraged larger baskets. As a result, iloveplum scaled from about $300K to over $1.1M in sales, saw a 267% increase in sales year-over-year, and achieved a 97% increase in average order value for orders qualifying for ShipBob’s 2‑Day Express Shipping (AOV rising from $75 to $148), while freeing staff time to focus on marketing and product expansion.
