Earthley is a natural health and wellness brand that grew rapidly as demand for its clean, plant-based products increased. As order volume climbed from 1–2K to more than 10K orders per month, its existing warehousing and fulfillment setup became too complex to manage efficiently, leading to labor-intensive processes, frequent order touches, and average ship times of about 5 days.
