AgNovos Healthcare, a privately held medical device company focused on bone health, was struggling to manage a rapidly growing volume of data spread across file shares, SharePoint, and 45 individual Box accounts. With more than 3.8 million files and no structured system for data visibility, the company needed help identifying duplicate, obsolete, and trivial files without relying on manual processes. Shinydocs provided the analysis and cleanup support.

Using Shinydocs, AgNovos indexed 8.5TB of data and quickly identified that 65% of the files were duplicates. The project also uncovered 85,500 trivial IT system files totaling 48.35GB for removal, and the IT and business teams defensibly deleted the ROT data in place. As a result, AgNovos improved data visibility, reduced storage and backup costs, and gained confidence in a cleaner file architecture with Shinydocs.
