We Worked With Nissan On Their Graduate And Placement Recruitment Team On A Global Basis To Interview And Schedule Assessment Centres For Hundreds Of Placements Each Year, Helping To Reduce Time To Hire By Half.

Nissan worked with Shine on a global graduate and placement recruitment process that involved thousands of candidates from over 80 countries. Their challenge was to screen and schedule large volumes of applicants efficiently while improving the quality of candidates moving forward to assessment centres, using Shine’s video interviewing and scheduling tools.

Shine implemented its one-way video interviewing solution and Shine Scheduler to let candidates complete interviews at a convenient time and to streamline onsite assessment centre invitations. As a result, Nissan reduced time to hire by half, cut down the number of assessment centres needed, and brought forward higher-quality candidates, while also improving the candidate and recruiter experience.
