The solution implemented by Shine Interview allowed Reed's recruiters to conduct initial video interviews with overseas candidates. These recorded interviews were then easily shared with senior leaders and headteachers in UK schools, helping candidates stand out and generating greater interest. Shine stated that this approach resulted in Reed more than doubling its placements from the previous year, delivering a significant return on investment and leading them to expand the use of the platform to other campaigns.
