To achieve this complex IT deployment, Marriott partnered with technology vendor Shiji Group to implement a new property management system and ensure a seamless connection.

Shiji Group successfully completed the full system migration for all 167 hotels in just three months without disrupting daily hotel operations. Utilizing efficient project management and a team of nearly 100 engineers at its peak, Shiji implemented its solutions to connect the properties to Marriott's central systems. This resulted in one of the largest data migration projects ever conducted in China, successfully aligning the hotels with Marriott International Group's global IT standards.
