Globales Hotels, a Spanish hospitality group, faced a challenge in collecting consistent guest feedback across its large portfolio of properties. While they had subscribed to the Reviewpro Reputation Guest Survey module from Shiji Group, it was only actively used by a small number of hotels, leaving valuable guest insights untapped and preventing brand-wide performance analysis.
Shiji Group implemented a phased rollout of the Guest Survey module across nearly all of Globales Hotels' properties. This involved optimizing the survey questions and redesigning the invitations to maximize engagement. The solution led to the collection of over 30,000 additional guest insights, significant increases in both post-stay and in-stay survey responses, and measurable improvements in guest satisfaction scores and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
