obos, the largest housing developer in Norway, faced the challenge of digitalizing its numerous complex business processes, particularly around its annual handling of 500,000 invoices. Their traditional method of mapping processes with post-its and Visio was inefficient, excluded non-expert employees, and risked losing valuable input, hindering continuous improvement.

By implementing ShiftX, obos empowered a bottom-up approach to process improvement. The intuitive platform allowed employees closest to the work to collaboratively map and suggest improvements to processes in real-time during workshops. This created a dynamic atmosphere of cooperation with ShiftX, eliminated the need for post-workshop remapping by experts, and significantly lowered the barrier for employees to engage with and improve their workflows.
