Inselo, a Norwegian company that delivers customer service, installation, and logistics for major Scandinavian brands, needed a faster way to understand new clients’ systems, departments, and needs. The challenge was to align Inselo’s operations with their clients’ operations and IT teams during onboarding workshops, while reducing the time it took to reach a shared understanding and move sales forward.
Using ShiftX, Inselo moved process workshops from Visio to a collaborative digital platform where they could map, update, and share processes live with clients. ShiftX cut workshop duration by about 60–70%, helped Inselo close sales faster, and made remote workshops easier during the pandemic; one hour in ShiftX was said to equal three normal meeting hours, and customer satisfaction reached 9.2 out of 10.
