Yoga for the Young at Heart is an award-winning video and book series founded by Susan Winter Ward that specializes in gentle, accessible yoga for baby boomers, seniors and beginners. After moving sales online in 2001 and handing the store to marketing consultant Ron Arnone in 2006, the business faced several challenges: redesigning pages and checkout flows for an older audience (larger text, simple UX, guest checkout), flipping the sales mix from wholesale-heavy to consumer retail, integrating with longtime fulfillment partner eFulfillment Service, and adding stronger backend order and wholesale account management.

Ron selected 3dcart as a third-party shopping cart solution, using hosted buy buttons, tight EFS integration and customer-category features so wholesale partners could self-identify and receive appropriate discounts. The new platform simplified checkout for seniors, improved order tracking and backend management, and helped Ron achieve his goal—today 75% of YogaHeart’s sales are direct retail and 25% wholesale—while delivering reliable performance, good support and easy-to-adopt updates.
