Top to Bottom Baby is an Omaha-based cloth diaper and natural parenting retailer founded by Jess and Justin Quick after the birth of their son and as part of Jess’s master’s project. The business was built to give local parents fast access to cloth diapers and related products, but they ran into limitations with their previous e-commerce vendor that couldn’t provide the options they needed to serve customers effectively.

In September 2011 they switched to 3dcart, adopting features like a gift registry that lets customers communicate gift preferences to family and friends. The new platform supported continued growth over the next two-plus years, allowed the couple to expand their storefront and outreach, and helped Top to Bottom Baby better promote cloth diapers, natural parenting products and services to their local community.
