SoftwareCW, a growing provider of computer software, wanted to build a stronger online presence and move beyond marketplace dependence, but their previous ecommerce platforms were too restrictive to support the custom design and functionality they needed. They turned to Shift4Shop to create the flexible online store they had envisioned, including the ability to edit pages and checkout code.

Shift4Shop helped SoftwareCW launch a tailor-fit ecommerce site with full code access, built-in Product Review and Q&A features, and support from Shift4Shop’s web design team. The project took about four months from start to finish, and SoftwareCW said the result was well worth it, enabling them to move forward with a more customized store, improved flexibility, and lower reliance on third-party marketplaces.
