Rehabilitation Management Company, a U.S. provider of rehabilitation management services, needed to standardize end-user equipment across more than 600 facilities nationwide while also supporting rapid growth with new desktops and laptops for dozens of new offices each month. SHI International Corp. helped address this challenge with HP workstations, including ProDesk 400 desktops and ProBook 450 laptops.

SHI International Corp. assessed the customer’s needs, helped select HP devices, and then stored, imaged, configured, asset tagged, and shipped 242 desktops and 615 laptops through its Knox Integration Center in a year-long phased rollout. The result was a smooth deployment to more than 600 offices, support for about 30 new facilities per month, relief for the short-staffed IT team, and a 20% savings in purchasing costs.
