Complete Technology Solutions saves 10 hours a month with SherWeb Cloud PBX

Complete Technology Solutions, an Indiana-based managed service provider, faced challenges expanding into voice services. After a costly and time-consuming experience with a previous hosted PBX provider that had high minimum commitments and poor support, founder Travis Street sought a better solution. He initially partnered with vendor SherWeb for their Office 365 management portal, but later turned to them to solve his cloud telephony problem.

SherWeb implemented their Cloud PBX solution for CTS. This allowed the partner to easily sell and deploy a full-featured internet phone system, supported by SherWeb's engineering team. The results included slashing one client's phone bill from $358 to $98 for four lines, creating over $1,000 in additional service revenue per project, and saving CTS at least 10 hours monthly on billing via SherWeb's Cumulus portal. CTS now makes 11% of its SherWeb-billed revenue from Cloud PBX and can provide a complete, profitable service to its customers.
