Ascom, the Swiss publicly‑listed provider of mobile workflow solutions operating in 18 countries with around 1,300 employees, faced inefficient and insecure board processes: printed folders and later email led to time wasted searching documents, version confusion, slow updates and data‑security risks. To modernise formal leadership meetings, Ascom adopted Sherpany’s meeting-management software guided by company secretary Daniel Lack.

Sherpany delivered a centralised, secure platform—accessible on iPads and mobile devices, supporting annotations, structured agendas (item types and planned times), per‑item document access and seamless updates—backed by Swiss and European security standards, GDPR compliance and immunity to the US CLOUD Act. The result: more structure, easier preparation, organisers report time savings, directors always have the necessary information and meetings stay aligned; Ascom is now evaluating Sherpany for wider use across executive teams.
