Migros, Switzerland’s largest retailer and employer (100,000+ employees), faced serious security and compliance risks from sending confidential meeting documents by email and needed a simple, device-agnostic platform to centralise meetings and document sharing. To address these requirements around cybersecurity, usability and modernising its digital core, Migros selected Sherpany’s meeting management software.

Sherpany delivered a single platform for agenda definition, secure document distribution, meeting execution, note taking and minutes distribution that Migros can use immediately without training and has deployed for its board and company/group management. By using Sherpany and its Swiss-hosted servers, Migros reduced risky email exchanges for confidential materials, strengthened compliance (avoiding CLOUD Act exposure), and improved meeting efficiency for typical 10–20 person meetings.
