Raiffeisen, the leading Swiss retail bank with around 1.9 million cooperative members and 3.6 million customers, found its meeting processes fragmented and “no longer up to date”: numerous tools, large volumes of confidential documents, and strict traceability and security requirements created inefficiencies. To professionalise and centralise meeting management, Raiffeisen selected Sherpany and its Sherpany meeting management software.

Sherpany rolled out its end‑to‑end meeting management solution (mid‑2020), providing a single platform for preparation, execution and follow‑up with device access, granular authorisations, traceable access logs and regulatory certifications (ISO 27001, ISAE 3000, FINMA outsourcing compliance). The Sherpany implementation increased professionalism and efficiency—notably improving productivity in the home office—and has been broadly adopted across Raiffeisen, while meeting the bank’s security and compliance needs.
