How Belimo digitalised meetings

Belimo, the Swiss-headquartered global leader in HVAC field devices, faced a heavy administrative burden organizing and following up executive and Board meetings—especially producing secure, timely meeting minutes and managing large volumes of confidential documents. To address these challenges, Belimo selected Sherpany’s meeting management software and document library to improve security, efficiency and standardisation.

Sherpany implemented a centralised, secure document library, in-app minute templates and digital signatures, plus MS Teams integration, enabling asynchronous preparation, one‑click legally binding circular resolutions (up to 12 from around 20 meetings per year) and the elimination of printing seven to eight physical binders per meeting. The result: faster, standardised minute-taking, simplified document management, quicker approvals and strong user adoption—delivering tangible time savings and smoother meeting workflows thanks to Sherpany.
