Case Study: BancaStato achieves secure, streamlined meeting and document management with Sherpany

BancaStato and Sherpany’s growing collaboration

BancaStato, the Canton of Ticino’s universal bank, needed to replace an aging ad hoc tool to optimise secure document management across the full meeting lifecycle for its Board of Directors and, later, general management and internal committees. To address this challenge they partnered with Sherpany, adopting its dedicated digital meeting and document-management solution.

Sherpany delivered a centralised, secure platform for uploading, version control, selective access and digital archiving, with annual internal security validation. The result: eliminated heavy paper use (for example, the Risk Committee no longer prints about 800 pages per meeting), faster preparation and decision‑making, clearer agendas, easier post‑meeting traceability, and measurable time and efficiency gains for BancaStato thanks to Sherpany.
