Vienna Beef needed to migrate from WooCommerce to a platform that could better support their complex vendor and third-party relationships. Their manual purchasing process for vendors was unsustainable due to numerous required integrations. They partnered with Shero to find a solution.

Shero recommended and executed a migration to BigCommerce Enterprise, developing a custom app to consolidate multi-channel orders into Vienna Beef's ERP and implementing a custom datepicker for delivery scheduling. As a result, Shero fully automated the vendor purchasing process and consolidated three third-party sales channels into a single ERP view, launching the new site on time in March 2023.
