Sixt franchisee Singapore Mobility Corporation Pte (SMCP) needed a better dispatch solution to support a growing corporate business and expand into on-demand work. Previously, SMCP manually allocated all pre-booked trips using one of the market’s largest dispatch providers, and it wanted a more efficient, customer-friendly system. SMCP chose Sherlock Taxi for its booking and dispatch platform, including the app and web-booker.
Sherlock Taxi implemented automated allocation, detailed travel policies, and tailored booking channels, along with bespoke development such as Mandarin translation, customised journey types, and other market-specific configurations. As a result, SMCP automated at least 90% of trips, reduced operational costs, and shifted more than 50% of bookings to web and app channels within six months. Sherlock Taxi also helped SMCP adapt for post-Covid growth with on-demand and parcel delivery capabilities, giving the business greater flexibility and scalability.
