Spark partnered with Sheffield during a five-year period of major transformation, moving from Telecom to Spark and then toward a people-centric, agile way of working. This shift required a new leadership culture, stronger client focus, and a consistent approach to driving performance across the organisation.

Sheffield implemented a Management Fundamentals programme from 2013 to 2017, combining workshops, one-on-one development, and on-the-job tools for nearly 800 leaders. Sheffield continually updated the content to match Spark’s evolving needs, helping improve leadership quality, lift organisational culture survey results, and strengthen leader capability; Spark’s HR Director also noted a significant uplift in leadership experience based on employee feedback, data, and insight.
