Sheffield collaborated with LIC’s internal team to create a sustainable, blended learning journey featuring four core workshop sessions and follow-up support mechanisms. The program was successfully launched virtually and generated significant interest, leading to an increased number of programs being run. Feedback was highly positive, highlighting the relevance of the skills learned.
