Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust appoints 4 roles with Sheffield

The Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust needed to appoint a new trustee with specific skills to help raise the $4.7 million required annually for its life-saving rescue service. Sheffield was engaged to conduct a pure Search assignment to find the ideal candidate.

Despite challenges from a national Covid-19 lockdown, Sheffield proceeded with the search and presented a list of over 30 high-calibre candidates. As a result, Sheffield not only helped appoint one Trustee but also facilitated the appointment of an intern/trainee Trustee and two Ambassadors for the Trust, an outcome that far exceeded the client's initial expectations.
