Triporate, an AI-based business travel booking platform in Spain, was spending too much time on manual invoicing. The team had to copy sales data into spreadsheets, generate monthly reports and invoices separately, and send everything to clients by hand, which clashed with their innovative, automation-focused identity. Sheetgo helped them replace that repetitive workflow with a more efficient process using their everyday Google tools.

Sheetgo built a custom invoice generation solution that connects Triporate’s BigQuery sales database to Google Sheets, automatically creates invoices from templates, converts them to PDF, and sends them via Gmail on a daily schedule. The result is a fully automated invoicing workflow that saves Triporate over 200 hours per year, or about 2–3 extra days each month, while improving monitoring, tracking, and delivery speed for clients.
