Spotahome, an online rental platform for non-vacation home rentals, needed a faster way to manage bookings and payments across many landlords and properties. Manual copy-pasting and tracking data from multiple sources was time-consuming and made it difficult to keep booking and payment statuses accurate. Spotahome turned to Sheetgo and its Google Sheets/Google Drive-based workflow to streamline these operations.
Sheetgo implemented an automated system using Connect, Merge, and automatic updates to consolidate landlord and booking data into a master sheet. This gave Spotahome a single, up-to-date view of bookings and payments, reduced the risk of payment errors, and improved forecasting. As a result, Spotahome saves around 550 hours per year, or about 6 days of work per month, and can focus more on improving the customer rental experience.
