RatedPower, a cloud-based software company for designing utility-scale solar photovoltaic plants, needed a better way to handle invoice creation as they grew. Sheetgo built RatedPower a custom invoice generation and management solution using tools like Google Drive, Merge, Filter, and automatic updates. Client data entered through Google Forms is centralized, invoices are generated automatically as Google Docs and PDFs, and a control dashboard tracks invoice status. The result is a saving of about 277 hours per year, or 2–3 extra days each month, giving RatedPower more time to focus on core business goals.
