Authen, a Brazilian women’s technical activewear brand, needed a better way to manage pre-inventory sales across 75 sales reps and multiple spreadsheets. Working with Sheetgo, the company sought a way to consolidate scattered sales data so its production team could rely on accurate, up-to-date information for its on-demand production model.

Sheetgo built a custom inventory management solution using Google Sheets, Google Drive, Connect, Merge, and automatic updates to combine pre-orders, sales, and inventory into master sheets. This gave Authen a real-time overview of stock, orders, and deliveries, saving 675 hours a year and about one week of work each month while improving coordination between sales and production.
