Gerber Gear, an Oregon-based maker of knives, multi-tools and outdoor equipment with nearly 80 years of heritage, launched the Gerber Pro Program to give public service members exclusive access and pricing on American-made gear. The program relied on an in-house verification process for eligibility that frequently took days, creating delays and a poor experience for customers who expected faster access.
