Shaw Systems’ integration enabled faster, easier collector-initiated payments and expanded self‑service channels, driving measurable gains: collector-initiated dollars increased 58%, the broken promise rate fell from 32% to 16%, collectors processed over 3,000 additional payments per month, self‑service payments rose to 36% (up five percentage points), and receivables grew 10% while delinquency remained flat—allowing Gateway to enter riskier markets.
