Case Study: Subsea 7 reduces parking vacancies with Sharvy

A Sharvy Case Study

Preview of the Subsea 7 Case Study

Subsea 7 is reducing the number of unoccupied spaces in its car park by sharing its 80 spaces between more than 200 employees thanks to Sharvy.

Subsea 7, a world leader in offshore energy projects, faced a significant parking challenge at its UK offices. With only 80 car park spaces for over 200 employees, many spaces remained unoccupied daily due to teleworking and travel. The company needed a solution to easily share and reserve these spaces to increase utilization and turned to Sharvy's parking management solution.

Sharvy's solution enabled employees with allocated spaces to release them when not in use, making them available for others to reserve via an app. The platform's fair algorithm automatically and equitably distributed these spaces. Integrated access control used license plate recognition to grant entry only to those with a reservation. As a result, Subsea 7 achieved a 100% occupancy rate, drastically reducing the number of unoccupied spaces and satisfying over 200 users.
