SPB, a French insurance broker, faced a challenge after downsizing its headquarters, which halved its on-site parking from 120 to 50 spaces while still needing to accommodate 120 motorists. They needed a solution to optimize these remaining spaces and eliminate the time-consuming manual management of physical barrier remote controls. The company turned to Sharvy and implemented its parking space sharing service.

Sharvy deployed a system that uses an algorithm to automatically and intelligently allocate parking spaces through a simple application. Key features included flex parking without named spaces, Single Sign-On for easy access, and integrated access control that replaced physical remotes with a smartphone. This solution generated over €23,500 in annual savings by avoiding the need to rent additional on-street spaces and saved considerable time for the General Services department. The high user adoption rate has led SPB to consider expanding Sharvy to its other sites.
