Portland Trust, a real estate developer, sought to enhance the value and tenant experience at its Coral Office Park complex in Prague. They partnered with the vendor Sharry to implement a smart building platform, aiming to add a modern digital layer to the property through a flexible, phased approach.

Sharry implemented its Workplace solution through a gradual, multi-step roll-out. The process began with a tenant community app and sequentially added a visitor management system, visitor parking, mobile access for tenants, and a fully-integrated reception, with a final phase for parking management planned. This paced adoption allowed for continuous evaluation and agility. The solution provided a best-in-class experience for occupants and visitors, further raising the property's value for its tenants and optimizing operational efficiency.
