The developer, Shapack Partners, sought to create an innovative and improved access experience for their multi-tenant office building, 167 Green Street. They partnered with the technology provider Sharry to unify access cards and leverage mobile technology, allowing tenants to use their employee badge in Apple Wallet for everything from lobby turnstiles to parking.
Sharry implemented a mobile access solution using NFC technology for faster authentication. The deployment was completed in just three weeks, resulting in a secure and convenient system that works even on a device with a low battery. Sharry’s solution provided a seamless experience for tenants and established the building as the first of its kind in the United States to offer this technology to all its occupants.
