Easyfish Marketing, a full-service interactive marketing agency, faced the challenge of replacing broad “spray-and-pray” email campaigns with targeted, automated marketing for its client HiveTracks. To deliver more relevant messages and capture high-value customer data, Easyfish implemented the SharpSpring marketing automation platform to enable segmentation, workflows, landing pages and drip campaigns.
Using SharpSpring, Easyfish built segmented lists, progressive data capture, and automated workflows (onboarding, tracker, listener, ambassador) plus rules to re-engage or reclassify inactive leads. The result for HiveTracks was a jump in engagement from 5% to 40% and a tenfold increase in conversions from free trials to paid accounts, along with richer user profiles and product/UX improvements driven by those insights.
