A Sharpist Case Study
STRABAG, a Vienna-based construction group, faced the challenge of digitally transforming its employee development and strengthening leadership competencies across its international organization. To modernize learning methods and scale coaching, STRABAG selected Sharpist’s results-oriented digital learning platform and e-business coaching services to deliver digital coaching and self-learning at scale.
Sharpist ran a pilot and then rolled out its digital coaching across seven countries, engaging over 500 managers between October 2019 and December 2020, delivering 1,000+ coaching sessions and hundreds of hours of app-based self-learning. The Sharpist program focused on leadership (20%), crisis and change management (12%), self-reflection (10%) and communication, and achieved strong outcomes: 100% satisfaction with coaches, 94% would recommend the coaching, and 94% said their coach helped them achieve defined goals.
