Care in Action, a charity supporting children in care in Ukraine, needed a better way to organize information, improve accountability, and communicate more clearly with staff, stakeholders, and donors. Working with SharpCloud and Chaucer, the organization wanted a more modern, collaborative approach to managing projects, sharing up-to-date information, and presenting its mission and work more effectively.

SharpCloud was implemented to run workshops, capture live outputs, and create linked stories covering fundraising, marketing, knowledge management, KPI reporting, and design thinking. As a result, Care in Action now has a central, visually engaging repository of information and a “Care in Action Overview” for storytelling and presentations, helping the team standardize processes, collaborate better, and engage audiences more effectively.
