SharpCloud implemented a visual project portfolio management platform that aggregated real-time data from multiple sources into standardised, filterable “stories” for collaboration, reporting, and workshop use. The results included major time savings and better decision-making: a global stakeholder workshop for a charity was completed in under 3 hours, and a UK transport organisation managing 100+ projects reduced admin effort, improved transparency, and enabled more proactive management by exception.
