SharpCloud helped the team run more workshops faster, reduce travel and reporting effort, and improve participation and follow-up; the company also reported that people continued adding insights 5–10 days after workshops, while the move to Enterprise is enabling Chaucer to identify themes across multiple projects for better portfolio-wide insight.
