Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, a provider of adoption, foster care, youth services, and senior living, faced a challenge with an outdated website system that could no longer support its needs. The organization engaged vendor Sharp Innovations, Inc. to develop a new custom-coded Content Management System (CMS).

Sharp Innovations implemented a new CMS for Diakon, working closely with them to migrate all sub-sites through a phased process that began in mid-2019. The solution included an events calendar with online registration, a secure board portal, and an online donation form, all featuring responsive design. The project was slated for completion in early 2023, ensuring the website could effectively support the organization's multitude of services.
