Shareworks implemented the platform in about six weeks with minimal disruption, helping Redbubble streamline plan administration, reduce manual work and lower risk. The team now uses Shareworks to grant awards, calculate withholding taxes, manage an Employee Share Trust, and generate real-time and scheduled reports, while forecasting vesting numbers automatically instead of through error-prone spreadsheets. As a result, Redbubble’s administrators spend less time on manual tasks, have better visibility into data, and offer a smoother experience for participants.
