Preparing the workforce for customer service excellence

PulteGroup, a national multibrand homebuilder with over 3,500 employees, needed to train roughly 1,000 salespeople across 50 U.S. markets on a newly acquired CRM but found their existing LMS cumbersome and lacking SharePoint integration, easy content updates, targeted assignments, and robust reporting. To meet these needs they selected the ShareKnowledge Learning Management System to deliver a user-friendly, SharePoint-based training experience.

ShareKnowledge was configured to provide centralized content management, role-specific learning paths, Active Directory integration, and embedded video-based SCORM courses; the vendor supported a phased rollout (100 users first, then companywide via webinars) and easy admin updates. As a result, PulteGroup uploaded over 80 modules, reduced classroom training by more than 2,600 hours, cut CRM rollout time roughly in half, sped onboarding and time-to-productivity for new hires, and gained detailed reporting to track and mentor learners.
