Cianbro, one of the largest employee-owned construction firms in the country, needed a way to simplify access to project files across a highly distributed workforce working in 42 states. ShareFile implemented a company-wide redesign of Cianbro’s client folder structure and provided native Windows, Outlook, Office 365, and mobile integrations. The result was a more consistent user experience, stronger self-service administration, improved secure collaboration with clients and subcontractors, and reduced IT operating and file-storage infrastructure costs.
