Preview of the City of Dublin, Ohio Case Study

City of Dublin, Ohio completes 29,900+ rides with SHARE Mobility

The City of Dublin, Ohio needed to provide a flexible, door-to-door transit service for its seniors and residents with disabilities but found its previous phone-based scheduling system to be operationally unsustainable. The manual coordination led to missed trips and an inconsistent rider experience, creating an urgent need for a software solution that could manage on-demand booking and routing without increasing dispatcher overhead.

SHARE Mobility implemented its platform to handle booking, routing, dispatch, and rider communication. The solution provided real-time dispatch visibility, optimized routing, and self-booking options for riders. As a result, the program completed over 29,900 rides, with 80% of ridership coming from the priority demographic, and achieved a 4.95 out of 5 rider satisfaction score.
