G5 Eliminates 40% of Time Spent Budgeting

G5, a predictive marketing SaaS leader in real estate marketing, was spending large amounts of time manually tracking pay‑per‑click budgets and performance across hundreds of clients and thousands of locations using spreadsheets, which risked errors and costly overspend. Using Shape—combining Google, Bing and Facebook data and features like AutoPilot, Budget Pacer and Budget Booster—G5 automated pacing, paused campaigns at budget limits, and pushed daily budget and bid changes directly from the platform. As a result, G5 cut time spent on PPC budgeting by more than 40%, reinvested that time into optimizations and testing, drove an additional $200,000 in ad spend in Q4 versus Q3, and now manages roughly $20 million in annual digital ad spend.
