Christie, a global visual technologies company, needed to improve its back-office operations by deepening integration between Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) and JD Edwards, while also meeting an aggressive timeline for new e-forms and system performance improvements. Christie turned to Shamrock Solutions for help with its ECM and ERP environment and wanted a fast, professional turnaround to support materials management, financials, and a future global rollout.

Shamrock Solutions designed and implemented custom scripts to let JD Edwards automatically retrieve invoices tied to specific checks, and created customized e-forms for check requests, capital expenditure requests, and inventory transfers. Shamrock also tuned Christie’s Perceptive Content servers by identifying and fixing indexing errors, improving performance and readiness for expansion. Christie reported that Shamrock delivered ahead of schedule, stayed on budget, and saved at least a month in the ImageNow project timeline.
