Illes Foods, a family-owned manufacturer of food seasonings and flavors, sought to improve control over their production formulation and traceability processes. To achieve this, they partnered with SG Systems to upgrade their old batching system to the vendor's new V5 Formula System.

SG Systems implemented a comprehensive solution, installing seven V5 Formula Systems across Illes Foods' facilities. The system integrated with existing scales to automate and regulate the weighing process, while wireless label printers and mobile scanners ensured accurate ingredient tracking and batch validation. This upgrade delivered significant measurable results: production output increased dramatically from 50 to 125 batches per day, and overtime costs were considerably reduced.
